1–3 guests: standard experience fee. 4–6 guests: double the experience fee. Add-on prices are per booking.
Prices cover 1–3 guests. For 4–6 guests, the experience fee doubles; transportation stays ¥4,000 per booking. Food, drinks, and activity costs are extra. The experience fee includes a 20% surcharge when social media participation is not agreed.
The price is fixed for your chosen plan. Your plan reserves the full 4, 8, or 14 hours; you’re welcome to finish earlier if your schedule changes. Unused time does not reduce the price or qualify for a partial refund.

Ideas help us plan; they are not confirmed reservations. We can adjust plans together until a reservation, ticket, or special arrangement is confirmed.
How ideas become plans
- Your booking reserves Taki’s time. It does not guarantee a particular venue, ticket, or activity.
- For requests needing extra preparation, Taki will confirm availability, the scope of work, and any planning fee before starting.
- Tickets, meals, and other third-party costs are separate. Any advance purchases require your agreement and payment first.
- Once an arrangement is confirmed, changes depend on availability and the provider’s rules. Taki will explain any change or cancellation costs before you commit.
- If an idea isn’t possible, we’ll discuss an alternative together.

Food & drinks
Paid separately. Food and drinks are not included in your booking total unless explicitly included in a selected package. Have a restaurant or meal in mind? Let Taki know in advance, or let him choose somewhere based on your tastes, dietary needs, and budget.
A fixed fee of ¥4,000, included in your total. Longer trips, such as travel outside Tokyo, cost extra. Taki will confirm any additional fee with you in advance.

Before you book
Pay 50% upfront to reserve your time. Your booking total includes transportation and tax. Separately agreed extras are paid separately. Before Stripe opens, you must review and accept the payment and cancellation policy.
You can cancel online and review your refund before confirming. Cancel within 7 days after payment for 90% back. Exception: if your experience starts in less than 7 days, the short-notice rules below apply. After that window: 75% back with at least 30 days before the start, or 50% with 7 to less than 30 days. With less than 7 days before the start: no refund, except approved short-notice bookings cancelled within 1 hour of payment, before the service starts and before arrangements begin, receive 90% back. Refunds apply to the amount paid. No-shows receive no refund. If Taki cancels, you receive a full refund. Days mean exact 24-hour periods.
